(Matcha Latte×Espresso)

Ingredients

1.5 tsp matcha powder (about 3 grams)

60 ml (2 oz) warm water (75–80°C / 170–175°F)

180 ml (6 oz) milk or plant-based milk
-
1 shot of espresso (30 ml)

Sweetener (optional – syrup, honey, etc.)

Ice (optional, for iced version)
Instruction

Sift the matcha powder into a cup or shaker. Add water and whisk (or shake) until smooth.

Warm and froth the milk (or use cold milk for iced).
Add sweetener if desired. -
Pour the matcha into a glass or cup.
Add the milk gently over the matcha. -
Slowly pour the espresso over the top for a layered effect — this creates the "dirty" look.

Stir before drinking or leave as is for presentation. Add ice if desired.
