Matcha Frappe

Ingredients

1.5 tsp matcha powder (about 3 g)

1/2 ripe avocado

1 ripe banana (chilled or frozen)

150 ml milk or plant-based milk (e.g., oat or almond)

1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

1/2 cup ice cubes
Instruction

Peel and slice the banana and avocado.

In a blender, add banana, avocado, matcha powder, milk, sweetener, and ice.

Mix until creamy and thick. Adjust milk or ice for desired consistency.

Pour into a glass and optionally top with chia seeds or a mint leaf.
