Matcha Frappe

Ingredients

  • ​1.5 tsp matcha powder   (about 3 g)

  • 1/2 ripe avocado

  • 1 ripe banana (chilled or frozen)

  • 150 ml milk or plant-based milk (e.g., oat or almond)

  • 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instruction
