Matcha × Lemonade

Ingredients

1.5 tsp matcha powder (about 3 grams)

60 ml (2 oz) water (hot or room temperature)

200 ml (7 oz) cold water or soda water
-
1–2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

Ice cubes
-
Lemon slices or mint for garnish (optional)
Instruction

Sift the matcha powder into a cup or shaker. Add water and whisk (or shake) until smooth.

Fill a glass with ice cubes.

In a separate glass, mix cold water with lemon juice and sweetener. Stir well.

Pour the lemonade over ice in a tall glass.
Slowly add the prepared matcha for a two-tone layered effect. -
Garnish with lemon slices or mint. Stir before drinking if preferred.
