Matcha Mojito

Ingredients
-
1.5 tsp matcha powder (about 3 grams)
-
60 ml (2 oz) warm water (75–80°C / 170–175°F)
-
200 ml (7 oz) sparkling water or soda water
-
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
-
1–2 tsp sugar or syrup (adjust to taste)

6–8 fresh mint leaves
-
Ice cubes
-
Lime slices & mint for garnish
Instruction
-
Sift the matcha powder into a cup or shaker. Add water and whisk (or shake) until smooth.

In a tall glass, gently muddle mint leaves with sugar and lime juice to release aroma.
-
Add ice cubes to the glass.
Pour in the matcha and top with sparkling water. -
Stir gently. Garnish with fresh mint and lime slices.
