Ingredients

  • 1.5 tsp matcha powder (about 3 grams)

  • 1/2 ripe avocado1

  • ripe banana (preferably frozen)

  • 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)

  • 200 ml (7 oz) milk or plant-based milk (e.g., oat, almond, soy)

  • 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • Ice cubes (optional, for a colder texture)

Instruction

  1. Peel and cut the avocado and banana into chunks.

  2. Combine avocado, banana, matcha powder, protein powder, milk, and sweetener in a blender.

  3. Blend on high until the texture is creamy and lump-free.
    Add ice if you prefer a colder, thicker smoothie.
