Matcha Protein

Ingredients

1.5 tsp matcha powder (about 3 grams)

1/2 ripe avocado1

ripe banana (preferably frozen)

1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)

200 ml (7 oz) milk or plant-based milk (e.g., oat, almond, soy)

1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Ice cubes (optional, for a colder texture)
Instruction

Peel and cut the avocado and banana into chunks.

Combine avocado, banana, matcha powder, protein powder, milk, and sweetener in a blender.

Blend on high until the texture is creamy and lump-free.
Add ice if you prefer a colder, thicker smoothie. -
Pour into a tall glass or to-go cup. Garnish with chia seeds or a sprinkle of matcha if desired.
