Enishi Matcha
Our matcha is sourced from a family-run tea farm with over seven generations of tradition. Since 1980, the farm has practiced organic cultivation without the use of any pesticides, and is proudly certified under Japan’s JAS organic standards. We use only the finest first-harvest (ichibancha) leaves for our matcha to ensure a rich, delicate flavor. (Note: Our “Kurama” blend includes a mix of first and second harvest teas.)
